Not very helpful staff!

Fairly clean place with helpful staff and spectacular view of mountain. Free parking on site provided. The early check-in process too. Convenient base for exploring Brig.

Excellent breakfast with meat except pork and good coffee machine, for example, particularly good and perfect location.

We stayed at a hotel during New Year's that had a great location near all the festivities and transportation. The hotel had ample parking, which was a big bonus for us as we were traveling by car. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with the much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast left much to be desired. There were limited options to choose from, and the quality was just average.

A very nice staff, although we were late, everything was organized and we had very comfortable beds too! Breakfast was delicious and came from the region. We can highly recommend it.

The location was good in a central area, so close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, tourist attractions, and the centre of town. Moreover, it was at a medium distance from World Nature Forum Museum.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel as it was just across a subway station from the window. The double bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day exploring the town. Being in the real center of the town, we had easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean and equipped with all necessary facilities.

The staff attitude at the hotel left something to be desired. Despite the nice facilities and comfortable room, the unfriendliness of the staff member at the reception dampened our overall experience.

Clean and functional place, has splendid views of the snow capped mountains. The guest room is nicely furnished and great-sized. The location is excellent and they have parking on-site. Btw, it's set in the downtown area. The restaurant is big, serves fine dishes.

No complains at all, loved this place and would recomand. Overall it was an excellent stay of 1 or 2 nights. All members of the staff were excellent.

Everything is what i need and want.

The rooms were huge, modern and with a picturesque view. The employees were flexible and professional and kept it all clean.

The accommodation was pleasant with super-friendly staff. The double room with a fabulous mountain view and huge TV. Excellent experience there.
